How to order & personalize a photo card.



1. Browse our designs, select a card and then add it to your cart. Please don't forget to specify which card size and envelope color you would like.

2. Select checkout to finish and pay or select keep shopping to add additional cards to your cart.

3. Complete the checkout process by entering in all of the required information.

4. Email your photo(s) and information explaining how you would like to personalize the design to: sendphotos@treetopcards.com

a. Please enter your name in the subject line of the email.

b. Please remember to attach your photo(s) to the email.

c. Specify the text that you would like to have on the card.

d. Specify any other alterations that you would like. For example, maybe you want a different text font or would like to change some of the colors. Maybe you would like more or less photos, etc.

e. Specify where you would like to have each photo located on the card.

5. Once we have created your design (usually within 24 hours on business days), we will email you a copy of it for you to approve or request changes.

6. At this point, you must reply to our email to either approve the design or request changes. Once we receive an approval, we will process your cards immediately.

How does the ordering process work?

What size photo cards do you offer?

Currently we offer 4x6's and 5x7's.



What type of photo paper do you use and what type of finish is offered?

All cards are printed on high-quality Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Available finishes are either glossy or lustre. Lustre is a high quality finish which offers a perfect balance between Glossy and Matte.



Can I give final approval for my announcement or invitation before it goes to print?

Yes. Actually we require this before your cards are printed. Once we have created your design (usually within 24 hours), we will email a copy of it for you to approve or request changes.



Where do I upload my photo(s)?

In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we currently we do not offer the option to upload your photos directly from treetopcards.com website. We ask that you email your photo(s) to us. To send photos after you have placed an order: sendphotos@treetopcards.com

What forms of payment are currently accepted?

We are able to accept all major credit cards which are processed through PayPal. Keep in mind that you do not need an account with Paypal to make your credit card payment.



Can I pay with a credit card if I don't have a Paypal account?

Yes. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card.



How long does the entire process take?

Based on how quickly you send an approval email after reviewing your personalized design, the whole process should take 7-10 business days or less.



Do you include any extra envelopes with my order?

Yes, orders include 1 additional envelope per 25 cards ordered.



How do I let you know where I would like to position my photos on the card?

When you email us your photos, please specify where you would like to have each photo located on the card.



What kind of touch-ups can you make to my photo(s)?

We have the ability to make minor touch-ups/modifications such as clear up blotchy skin tones, red eye and lighten a photograph if necessary. We are also able to change a color image to black and white or sepia. We are however, unable to sharpen already blurry or low resolution (grainy in appearance) images.



Can I send a professional photo to use on my photo card?

Yes, but by doing so you are stating that you have permission from the photographer to reproduce the image.



What are the minimum requirements for digital photographs to achieve the best results on your photo cards?

A minimum resolution of 480 x 640 pixels is required for a 5 x 7 print to achieve the best results. Be sure to set your digital camera to the highest resolution setting possible, if you need more information on how to change the resolution setting please check your owner's manual for details. If you're still not sure if your image meets the requirements, we would be happy to check for you, just send your image to sendphotos@treetopcards.com and in the subject line type "Please check my photo".



Is there a minimum order amount or quantity?

As a result of our prices being so low, there is a 20 card minimum order.
